How to improve health equity is one theme of the INVEST Pop Health virtual conference

Health equity is an important topic that transcends healthcare issues from medical research to healthcare access, and magnified by the global pandemic. Hear from industry executives and leaders sharing their insights on this topic at INVEST Pop Health, a virtual and free conference, in collaboration with New Orleans Business Alliance, scheduled for November 15-16.

The panel discussion Improving health equity demands collaborative approach is scheduled for November 16 from 1-2PM Eastern Time.

Traditionally, medicine and healthcare have been paternalistic with large health systems focused inward. But the pandemic laid bare deep inequities that cannot be solved by a single organization alone. Learn how community workers, patients, and more are working collaboratively to address systemic racism and health inequity.
